In line with our core values, we supported this SME (a niche retailer) in taking their safe working to the next level.
With an initial focus on the higher risk areas, our remit expanded to include a review of the entire health and safety management system of the logistics function. This was followed by supporting a programme to improve the overall culture of health and safety, through team briefings and helping ensure new processes were successfully implemented.
