When supporting a local glamping business this week with their post Covid-19 opening plans, one of the key areas of focus and discussion was communication.
In this context, it was the communication required to allay any fears customers may have about the risks of Covid-19.
Walking round the site with the owners (an idyllic glamping site in a beautiful Wiltshire country location), I was viewing it as a potential customer and not just as a Health and Safety professional. By looking at the site through the eyes of a customer, we were able to confirm that the Covid-19 risk assessment is comprehensive and, that their plans are robust. Most, if not all, of the potential customer concerns have been addressed.
