A fun and action packed day delivering manual handling training to a diverse group . As a trainer it is hugely satisfying helping to develop people by taking them through the skills required and then witnessing them applying those skills. Today was no exception, well done and thank you to everyone involved.
Local 5m Road Running Event
A fantastic day supporting the successful and safe running of the Commonweal 5M race. A 5 mile road race in aid of the school, it has become an established part of the local race calendar. With good support from local businesses, its inclusive approach means it attracts runners of all standards and abilities. We shall be supporting the event again next year!
