IOSH Managing Safely can now be delivered virtually.

As a training provider, ABR Safety Limited are pleased that IOSH have reacted well to the current situation by giving the option to deliver their courses virtually.

The IOSH Managing Safely course is one such example and we are busy sending out workbooks to delegates for our courses over the coming weeks.

It is recognised that training may not be a top priority during these uncertain times. However, we are finding that for some clients the current situation offers an opportunity to invest time in training employees.

It is worth noting that employees on furlough can still participate in training and, therefore, it could be a good way to utilise some of their down time.

Why virtual training?

Virtual training can be a good way of learning, particularly if you prefer tutor lead training to distance or online learning, as it offers the human touch.

Delegates can:

• Be more engaged in the training – the tutor is able to compliment the course content with interesting and relevant examples that are tailored to their work environment or industry.
• Benefit from the interaction and experiences of the other delegates on the course, in a similar way to a face to face / classroom environment.
