The Scenario:
A boat marina business offering luxury holiday lodges with spa pools, required support. The business needed comprehensive risk assessments and documented normal operating procedures. It also required emergency action plans for the spa pools in order to ensure spa pool safety.
Consequently, being a retained client of ABR Safety, they contacted us for advice and to discuss their requirements.
The Solution:
ABR Safety assessed the use, daily maintenance and up keep of the spa pools. The aim was to understand the existing controls and risks. We completed and agreed a sensible and proportionate (yet thorough) risk assessment, thanks to our existing experience and knowledge of other risks, such as Legionella.
We also agreed and documented Normal Operating procedures reflecting the clients operating environment and routine, along with Emergency Action Plans. All the while, ABR Safety’s priority was to ensure the highest level of the spa pool safety.
